At this annual day-long event on the last Saturday of September, musicians, artists and nature lovers share all that WoodFest has to offer – a perfect day in the Flint Hills at Camp Wood YMCA.
No matter your age, experience level or artistic passion, there’s something for everyone at WoodFest!

WoodFest Passes
Big Bluestem Pass: $175 – Up to 8 people
Includes up to: 24 meals, 48 workshops/camp activities, and 8 passes to the Sunset Concert. Additional fees for lodging and Sunday breakfast.
Little Bluestem Pass: $100 – Up to 4 people
Includes up to: 12 meals, 24 workshops/camp activities, and 4 passes to the Sunset Concert. Additional fees for lodging and Sunday breakfast.
Individual Pass & Dinner: $50 – 1 person
Includes up to: 3 meals, 6 workshops/camp activities, and 1 pass to the Sunset Concert. Additional fees for lodging and Sunday breakfast.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the registration fee.
Sunset Concert
Features the WoodFest Symphonia that includes award-winning musicians Eugene Friesen. Starts at 7 p.m. Included in registration fee.
Sunday Breakfast
$10 per person from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Eugene Friesen Solo Concert
Sunday at 10 a.m. Included in registration fee.
Lodging
Lodging is available for the weekend. Bring your own bedding and toiletries for all options.
Tent – $10 per person
Bring your own tent.
True Blue Cabin – $27 per person
Cabins sleep 1 to 12 people. A community of 12 cabins that share 2 separate male and female bathhouses. Air conditioning and heat are available.
