Cottonwood Falls, Kan. — Tickets for the 2016 Symphony in the Flint Hills Signature Event will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2016. Historically, general admission tickets sell out in record time to this event.
General admission tickets to the 2016 event are $90 plus tax for adults and $50 plus tax for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased by phone at 816-471-0400, online at www.kcsymphony.org or in person at the KC Symphony Box Office in Kansas City or Dillard’s at Towne East Shopping Mall in Wichita. The 2016 Symphony in the Flint Hills Signature Event will take place on Saturday, June 11, 2016 on “South Clements Pasture” — private ranch land in Chase County owned by Edward Bass, a rancher with extensive interests in Texas and Kansas.
The theme of the 2016 Signature Event is “Future of the Flint Hills.” As in past years, the Governor of Kansas will serve as honorary chair and the Kansas City Symphony will perform the sunset concert.
